A fast week!

Well hey there
This week seemed pretty fast, and not looking so promising, we had a
bunch of appt.s fall through, appts that were with some of our key
investigators we´ve been working with. It was frustrating but we move
onward ever onward.
The other companionship split last week and the mexican companero is
going to be a trainer and is waiting for his Gringo verde to show up
and has been with us the past week. we're in a threesome until his comp
makes it into Mexico. It's been hard with that concept as well as
having a threesome and then plus all his investigators and finding
someone in the ward to go on splits with him.

There´s a Jehova Witness guy that lives across the street from us that
has lived in the states a while ago and knows ingles pretty well that
always waves and talks to me when he see´s us or when we wait for the
bus and we´ve been friends the past 5 weeks, every morning he´ll wave
or yell "good morning brother¨ at me... he´s in his later 20´s of
age, about like Brock and started to tell me this past weekend about
girl problems he has and then the next morning we went running with
him at 6:30. We taught him the first lesson at 11:30. It actually
went pretty well, we broke one oath of the Gadianton Robbers-J.W.
edition and we started the lesson with a prayer and ended it with him
saying the prayer according to the true steps of saying it. But what is
funny about that is when we were talking about prophets and stuff and
he wasn´t quite giving in to it he gave me a J.W. handbook called
¨Reasoning with the Scriptures¨ and it has definitions about whatever
topic and he showed me definitions of prophets and then above it was
information about prayer that says don't say prayers with others, all
over the place and we broke that for him. He showed interest in
the libro de mormon so we´ll see, it was interestiing since then we´ve
been discussing ways of combat the bible with him if he gives us grief
ahaha but ya

We´re alive, doing well and I got my haircut to day and I'm feeling fresh!
