Flooding in West Weber

Well we had an alright semana. That’s awesome about Levi’s motorcycle, now he won't have to waste so much money driving up to school everyday, he`ll save money now. maybe he`ll start out a little under, but will come out on top saving money, right Levi? cuz a country boy can survive.

That’s too bad about the water. The flood is compared to the gospel, we need to have a sure foundation to build upon, the Rock of Christ like it says in 3 nefi 11 and in helaman 5, I think, about the rock of Christ, the importance building upon it so when the "floods" come and the gates of hell open up we wont be swallowed. or the comparison Alma makes in Alma 32 about the plant, if seed isn’t nourished enough or planted in good soil the seed wont grow good roots and when the sun comes out or the flood comes in it will be washed away or fried and the seed will die. That is the importance of being constant in the gospel and doing all we can to help that the plant grows strong roots, the importance of daily scripture study, daily prayer, going to church every week, even when we are tired, to partake of the sacrament and renew our covenants and do everything in our power to help others grow their roots, visiting teaching home teaching visiting everyone that doesn’t go to church and help them go. If we don’t study to learn constantly and we don’t serve God, then we can’t be saved, its simple Mosiah 5:13-15 and DC 58: 26-29 that’s where we as members need to learn our purpose in the "body of Christ" and do our part, and if we don’t, we won’t accomplish much DC 107 :99-100... and if you don’t invite others to come unto Cristo, God will take everything he`s given away from you DC 60:2-3. Everyone needs to wake up and realize our duty to God, and if we follow our own "will" or another will, we won’t return with Him who created us Mateo 7:21 and the will of God is doing his work, so get er done
